Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, provided the failure does not amount to a major failure. For minor failures, we reserve the right to offer a repair only. We may decline to offer a refund or an exchange coupon in certain circumstances.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. For full-priced items, you have 30 days from the date you received the product to return it for a store credit or exchange. Please note the following conditions:

Saleable Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging intact.
Customer-Provided Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lower value.
Store Credit: Store credit will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
